Free Consultation & Site Assessment

Design & Material Selection

Our design team creates a layout plan and presents curated material options - cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and fixtures - tailored to your style and your budget. You approve everything before we order a single item.

Permit Application & Pre-Construction

We submit all required Leon County permits and coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor scheduling before demo begins. You don't deal with any of that paperwork.

Construction and Installation

Our licensed tradespeople work through each phase in the right order: demo, plumbing and electrical rough-in, drywall and flooring, cabinetry installation, countertop templating and fitting, appliance hookup, and final finishes. You receive progress updates throughout.

Final Walkthrough & Punch List

We walk through the finished kitchen with you. Anything on the punch list gets resolved before we collect final payment. Our workmanship is backed by a written guarantee.
